Thorough, comprehensive, practical, user-friendly, simple & straightforward book on cognitive behavourial therapy. I doubt there's a better CBT guide out there. All topics are slotted neatly under topic headings, unlike many psychology books, there is no flowery/overly technical language, pretensions or unnecessary material. Helpful book as an introduction to CBT model, which is one of the foundations of clinical psychology. For individuals seeking an understanding of the subject, would recommend self-reflecting on which areas are most suitable areas, and focus on them with more detail. Great book!
